What does the first call cost?

Nothing. The first call is free and non-binding.

How fast will I get a reply?

Usually within 24 hours, personally and not from a bot. On weekends by the next working day at the latest.

How does the first call work?

30 to 60 minutes via video call, FaceTime or good old phone. Camera on or off, your call. We get to know each other and talk about your business, your goals and your audience. If you're nearby and it makes sense, we're happy to come by in person.

What happens after the first call?

We look at where you stand and check honestly whether we can really help you. If it fits, you get a clear offer with fixed prices. If not, we tell you openly instead of selling you something.

Do I need to know exactly what I need?

Do you work outside of NRW?

Yes. Home is Bottrop, with a focus on NRW. Depending on the project we work all over Germany, Europe and worldwide. Websites and social media we can also handle fully remotely.
