How it works. Three steps.

    Tell them about us and show our work. The business should be genuinely interested.

  2. Submit the referral

    Via the form below. The business contacts us, or we call them.

  3. Up to €500 for you

    If the business becomes a client, you get a reward in three tiers, depending on the order value. All details are in the terms.

An example. This is what a good referral looks like.

Tom likes eating at his favourite restaurant in Essen. The website is outdated, and little happens on Instagram. Tom knows our work, talks to the owner and shows him a few of our projects. The owner wants to know more and contacts us.

The restaurant books a new website with photos for €2,500. Tom gets a €250 referral reward.

Important: the business knows who we are and wants to talk to us. Just passing on a name or phone number isn't enough.

The terms. Short and clear.

  1. Up to €500 per new client. What counts is the first order resulting from your referral (net value per order): from €500 you get €50, from €2,500 you get €250, from €5,000 you get €500. For monthly services, the amount for one month counts. Later orders from the same business don't count. This applies to all our services.
  2. Once per business. You get the reward once per referred business. If you refer several businesses, each counts separately. Several locations of the same owner count as one business.
  3. A real referral. You talk to the business yourself, tell them about us and show our work. The business is genuinely interested and contacts us or agrees that we get in touch. Just passing on a name or phone number doesn't count.
  4. New contact, first come first counted. The business hasn't been our client in the last 24 months, and we haven't been in touch in the last twelve months (call, visit, letter, meeting, quote). What counts is the submission via the form. If there are several referrals for the same business, the first complete one counts.
  5. Only once money has been paid. The reward becomes due once the first order has been paid in full (for monthly services: the first monthly invoice). We transfer within 14 days after that. If a payment is refunded, cancelled or not made, the reward lapses. In that case we may reclaim rewards already paid.
  6. Who can't take part. Owners, partners, management and employees of the referred business, as well as their spouses or partners, parents, children and siblings. Self-referrals don't count.
  7. Stay open and fair. If you advise the business professionally (e.g. tax advice, agency, coaching), tell them you receive a reward. If you recommend us publicly, for example on social media, label it as an ad. Please don't send advertising in our name or promise prices or services.
  8. No entitlement to an order. Whether a project goes ahead is freely decided by us and the business.
  9. Payout and taxes. We only ask for name, address and bank details once a reward is due. Businesses send us an invoice. You take care of any taxes yourself.
  10. Changes and doubtful cases. We may change or end the programme for future referrals. Referrals already received follow the terms that applied when they came in. In case of doubt we decide fairly and explain our decision. As of October 2026.

FAQ

How big is the referral reward?

Up to €500, always 10% of the tier reached. What counts is the value of the first order (net) resulting from your referral: €50 from €500, €250 from €2,500, €500 from €5,000. We pay out as soon as this order has been paid. If you're a client yourself, you can also take the reward as a credit.

Do monthly services count too?

Yes, for all our services. For monthly services such as social media, the amount for one month counts; we pay out after the first paid monthly invoice.

What exactly do I have to do?

Talk to the business, tell them about us and show our work. The business should know who we are and be keen to talk. Then you submit the referral here. We take care of the rest.

Who can take part?

Any adult and any business, even if you've never been a client yourself. Owners, partners and employees of the referred business and their relatives can't take part.

What if you already know the business?

Then the referral unfortunately doesn't count. That applies if the business is already a client or we've been in touch within the last twelve months. We'll tell you honestly and explain why.

Do I have to pay tax on the reward?

You take care of that yourself. In Germany, private individuals usually don't pay tax on such income as long as it stays below 256 euros a year. As a business, you send us an invoice. If in doubt, ask your tax adviser.
