When Heider's Hairdesign reached out, they were preparing to move from their previous location in Essen to a brand-new salon in Mülheim.
Their existing website no longer matched the fresh, professional image they wanted to convey. They needed a sleek, fast, and easy-to-navigate website that showcased their team, services, and provided convenient online appointment booking.
I began with a full brand refresh, introducing a clean and bold visual style that reflects the salon’s personality - refined color palette, clear typography, and an uncluttered layout focused on ease of use.
The entire website was rebuilt from scratch using Framer, with an emphasis on fast load times, mobile optimization, and simple navigation. Features like authentic Google reviews, professional photos, and videos help build trust and engagement with visitors.
The website makes it easy for visitors to quickly find essential information, explore services, check prices, and book appointments online.
FAQs answer common questions upfront, reducing the need for extra inquiries.
In addition to the website, I optimized their Google My Business profile to support the salon’s move. This included updating all contact details, addresses, and managing customer reviews to improve local search visibility and client interaction. I also created and uploaded 360-degree photos of the salon to enhance the profile’s visual appeal and user experience.
The website is still fresh, but early feedback is very positive. The salon’s team is already seeing an increase in online bookings and a reduction in basic inquiries thanks to the clear presentation and helpful content.
This project reinforced how important it is to combine clean, modern design with practical functionality. Heiders HairDesign now has a strong digital foundation to grow their online presence and stand out in a competitive market.
Looking ahead, the next step is a comprehensive social media management plan. I will be creating videos, photos, and graphics for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This will help build engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and free up time for the salon to focus on what they do best.
